Most AI sessions at companies fall into one of three traps: the hype talk that leaves everyone inspired for 20 minutes and back to normal by Monday, the generic training that doesn’t match your reality, or the “just try ChatGPT” approach with no structure and nothing that sticks.
I wanted to do something different. So I created ✨ AI Spark.
It’s a hands-on session for teams at retreats and off-sites. No slides. No lectures. Instead: creative challenges, gamestorming, and real exploration of how AI can change the way your team works. Ideas and use cases come from within your team, I just bring the AI expertise and facilitate the process.
Examples of what we do together: a data treasure hunt where teams find real insights with AI tools, a “Cover Story” exercise where you design a magazine from the future about your company, or an AI-First Company session where you reimagine your processes from scratch.
Two to eight hours. No technical background needed. On-site in Europe or remote, English or German, 6–50 participants.
